The Bureau of Working Conditions and the Department of Labor and Employment Region 5 awarded certificates of completion to 50 participants to the Construction Safety Training held last May 10-14, 2011 at La Roca Veranda Suites and Restaurant. Composed of engineers, contractors, and one nurse, the trainees organized themselves into a group called mas Uragon Bicol Construction Safety Association with the objective of promoting and advocating the gospel of safety in construction industry

To jumpstart the zeal for construction safety and improve work, workers welfare and efficient delivery of services in construction business, the group came up with this web site as an avenue of its advocacy and commitment.
